President G.W. Bush to Address Healthcare Conference

January 2018 – America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP)  has announced that President G.W. Bush will keynote their conference  in San Diego in June.  This is a rare appearance addressing policy issues since he left the White House.  The topic will be challenges facing our nation in the 21st century and the power of freedom. The overall conference will address ongoing healthcare issues in the current climate. Topics to be addressed by other speakers will include healthcare, chronic disease management, and end-of-life-care.

AHIP’s Institute & Expo has traditionally drawn thousands of professionals focused on making health care work better. It is a three conference designed to actively and collectively think of many of the healthcare industry’s most pressing topics. The agenda will include thought leaders from both inside and outside the health care industry with a goal to challenge conference attendees on addressing the issues they confront on a daily basis.
